Kingroon KLP1 Error mcu 'MKS_THR': Unable to connect

Basic Information:

Printer Model: Kingroon KLP1
MCU / Printerboard: Kingroon Cheetah V1.1
klippy.zip (1.4 MB)

Describe your issue:

I got my KLP1 two days ago and just did some calibration and test printing up until now. But today i turned it on, after a while the fans started to speed up and i got the klippy error:

mcu ‘MKS_THR’: Unable to connect
Once the underlying issue is corrected, use the
“FIRMWARE_RESTART” command to reset the firmware, reload the
config, and restart the host software.
Error configuring printer

Now i can’t really do anythig. I don’t really know too much about Klipper so i have no idea how to fix it.

Thanks in advance.

You can directly attach the klippy.log here into the post.
If it is too big just zip it.

You may check:

Are you running one Debian Bullseye?

I’m not too sure. I just bought the printer, connected it via Ethernet and run it with Fluidd.
But now everything is greyed out and unavailable. Here is an image of Fluidd and the mainboard while the printer is running if that helps.

Hi there, i have had same problem with Kp3s Pro V2, check main cable on hotend, the black one with 4 cables, try to disconnect and connect correctly again, it fixed same problem on my printer.

klp1 the cable hoted is unsoldered due to the vibration and speed, that is why it gives that error
