LCD open menu and select item from GCode

Macros for tasks like loading filament and managing tools could really benefit from being able to open a menu and select item in that menu for example

  • Load filament
    • PET-G (tries to load filament and asks for confirmation that it has correct color)
      • Purge more
      • Purge a bit
      • Color ok
    • PLA (tries to load filament and asks for confirmation that it has correct color)
      • Purge more
      • Purge a bit
      • Color ok
    • …

With the purge and color ok menu being automatically opened when you select material type.
