Looking for help with MPCNC running Klipper

Basic Information:

Printer Model: MPCNC CNC Router
MCU / Printerboard: Mellow Fly D5
Host / SBC Pi 4B
klippy.log

So, I have 7 Voron printers all running Klipper in various configurations. Those are all working just fine and I enjoy using Klipper.
However, I decided to build a MPCNC router and run it on Klipper. Now I am completely lost.
I started with the main branch of Klipper with a few changes to the config to work with my set-up. I was able to home it, move it and had all basic functions.
But, it would not run the Gcode generated by Fusion 360. I tried loading and using the post processor by Flyfisher604 and it seems to work, but as it is meant for Marlin, it is not able to open in Klipper. As I am new to this, I really have no idea what I am doing wrong.
I then tried to install Klipper-for-cnc. This just proved to cause more issues as it does not use the G28 command to home and Klipper shuts down when I try to home it.
If there is anyone out there that knows anything about this, please let me know. I am not afraid to research, but I have yet to find anything that helps me starting at the level I am at.
Any help would be great. Thanks.

There are some different requirements between printing and milling, which klipper does not meet out of the box
I’m running my modified klipper on a Tillboard with a modified fusion postprozessor with my MPCNC, with some basic features for milling.
