Yesterday I installed klipper on my Anycubic i3 Mega S. But I can not to do config file for it.

As for the log you want to use the Raspberry Pi as mcu.

I’m using ubuntu and here’s a new error, and I fixed that one.

MCU ‘rpi’ error during config: Unable to open spi device
Once the underlying issue is corrected, use the
“FIRMWARE_RESTART” command to reset the firmware, reload the
config, and restart the host software.

I fixed this error, but there is a new Homing failed due to printer shutdown and more
MCU ‘mcu’ shutdown: Timer too close
This often indicates the host computer is overloaded. Check
for other processes consuming excessive CPU time, high swap
usage, disk errors, overheating, unstable voltage, or
similar system problems on the host computer.
