Mainsail or Fluiid in kiosk mode

I’m new to Klipper.
I installed Klipper with Mainsail and KlipperScreen, but I really don’t like KS on the 7" screen (had to use my phone instead !). Feel like KS is for smaller sreens and super basic operations… (the printer and the PC are not in the same room)
I’ve long been using OctoPrint + Marlin: installed X11, OpenBox, Chromium and set it to autorun in kiosk mode, opening the local IP 127.0.0.1 or 0.0.0.0

The Pi is a 3B+, OctoPrint was a bit slow…

May I do the same with Mainsail or Fluiid ? Is uninstalling KS with Kiauh enough, or should I start from a clean install ?

And what is better suited for this old Pi : Mainsail or Fluiid ?

I answer to myself…

Installed all interfaces (eccept KlipperScreen as I still don’t know what it is doing behind my back with its autorun, and I hate that…)

Just have to replace the default Chromium page with a custom one. Now can switch back and forth from an interface to the other on the RasPi, playing with Alt+Left_Arrow / Alt+Home on the mini keyboard.

One thing is obvious : have to find something a bit more powerfull than a 3B+ ; these overpriced things are now unusable.

[EDIT] didn’t install and test Matchbox for now…
