Neptune 4 Max Incorrect Homing

klippy (2).log (69.1 KB)
Hi there, one of our Elegoo Neptune 4 Max printers in our 10 piece farm has been acting up. The printer is fully operational, and printing correctly, but is homing incorrectly. When homing from either the touchscreen directly or fluidd, its position is off ~1" forward.

When homing is executed the printhead and bed follow the familiar pattern but the bed travels too far backwards leaving the printhead hanging in space at the bottom left corner, the printhead then settles at the center position but too far back (picture attached).

Firmware is updated 1.2.3.1, belt tension is correct, log attached. Any info would be greatly appreciated! We have been troubleshooting this for around a month and really want to get it back online!

This printer is using a modified Klipper version and the modifications are not made public (violating Klipper’s license)
We cannot (no information on the modifications) support this types and we also focus only on original Klipper.

Your best bet is to contact the manufacturer directly.
