Not able to print after setting up printer

Basic Information:

Printer Model: DIY Anet A8 + Ender Sprite extruder/hotend
MCU / Printerboard: BTT M5P + CB1 V2.2
Host / SBC
klippy.log
klippy (9).log (5.1 MB)
moonraker (1).log (182.5 KB)

Fill out above information and in all cases attach your klippy.log file (use zip to compress it, if too big). Pasting your printer.cfg is not needed

Describe your issue:

…Finally I managed to install klipper to BTT Manta M5P+CB1
I have two issues though.

  1. Getting this error message when it starts to print: “Move out of range: 160.000 10.000 0.200 [15.000]”. What does it mean?? And what to do to fix it?

  2. When I activate pin PA4 to my FAN0 (12V) the MOSFET blows. Fan is a 12 V with right polarity (jumper is on 12V). Why is this happening? What can i do?

Everything else is working on the printer.
And yes I will change to a 24V 30A power supply  )

Hope someone canbring some light over these issues!

What do you mean by that?

You will need a new fan, also a new heater cartridge.

Hi Eddy,

Thanks for your quick reply :+1:

Both fans, the hot end fan and heater fan are 12 volt. This is set by the12V jumper on the board.

Regarding the heater cartridge. This one is a 24V cartridge. This way it takes ages to get hot .

I think I found the cause to my warning issue!
I forgot to unmark the tmc2209 lines in the printer.cfg file.

Will try it out later today.
