Not able to print after setting up printer

Getting this error message when it starts to print: “Move out of range: 160.000 10.000 0.200 [15.000]”. What does it mean?? And what to do to fix it?

Fan is a 12 V

I will change to a 24V 30A

You will need a new fan, also a new heater cartridge.
