I am writing to request technical assistance with a display issue I am encountering.

After rotating my screen to a vertical orientation, I attempted to rotate the touch settings, but the change did not take effect. I then tried to perform a touch calibration; however, the calibration screen will not launch in full-screen mode, and I am currently unable to proceed.

Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this or suggest a way to successfully complete the calibration?

For screen rotation I used “Universal xorg configuration”

For touch calibration I first tried “Touch rotation and matrix” with the 90 degrees clockwise:

90° Clockwise 0 -1 1 1 0 0 0 0 1

When that didn’t work I moved down to the “touch calibration” section and tried the “DISPLAY=:0 xtcal/xtcal -geometry 480x320” (with the correct identifiers). Instead of having two crosshairs on my screen, I only got half the screen showing only one crosshair. Additionally, the other half of the screen was black. I’m stumped and biqu customer service was not helpful at all. They just sent me the same docs i already followed.

This is the doc that I followed.

The system is only letting me post one link/picture but the doc i followed for rotating the screen was the one before “Touch Issues”
