Basic Information:

Printer Model: k1 se
MCU / Printerboard:
Host / SBc mainsail/klipper
klippy.log

Fill out above information and in all cases attach your klippy.log file (use zip to compress it, if too big). Pasting your printer.cfg is not needed

…hey whats going on sorry to bother everyone i recently just started printing bought the k1 se rooted it everything been fine but now i keep getting these pop up notifications in my mainsail that says moonraker_warning update manager failed to load extension mobileraker invalid virtualenv at path just curious how to fix it thanks in advance and sry for the dumb question just would like for everything to work properly ive included my klippy log an moonraker log at bottom sry guys im new to all this still trying tio figure stuff out

Sorry to say, but: 3D Printers with Preinstalled and Modified Klipper Versions

Even if it’s rooted - it’s still no genuine Klipper.

So i have to be genuine klipper to get some help hmm :thinking: makes absolutely no sense but aight bro appreciate the help still has klipper none the less just asking a question

Makes a lot of sense for we do not know what Crealty did to the genuine Klipper code.
It starts that the klippy.log does not correspond to the genuine output.
