…I recently changed my probe from the one Omron probe to a Cartographer 3d probe. It all seems to work correctly except that when setting the z offset( by Z_OFFSET_APPLY_PROBE command then save_config. After the restart it seems to revert back to the previous settings/height?
Any advice would be much appreciated!

I had another look at the printer.cfg and in the ‘stepper_z’ section I noticed that the ‘position_min’ was set at -2.5, so I’m assuming that if the z offset was set lower than this eg. -2.54 then it would not go lower than the -2.5?
True, AFAIK, this most be higher to work correctly.
