Endstop z still triggered after retract?

Describe your issue:

When ever i try to print something it heats up like normal but the just doesnt do anything? i check my fluidd and i try to home all positions but it starts making a buzzing noise and says " !! Endstop Z still triggered after retract"? I don’t know that much about 3D printing, can someone help me?
