Fill out above information and in all cases attach your klippy.log file (use zip to compress it, if too big). Pasting your printer.cfg is not needed

As stated in the thread you already linked: Elegoo is using a modified Klipper version, so it is quite impossible to compare to main line Klipper.

Best course of action is:

  • Make sure you are using the latest published “firmware” from Elegoo
  • If this does not help, then open a ticket on their side
