MCU needed a new sd card

Basic Information:

Printer Model: Custom
MCU / Printerboard: E3EZ CB1
Host / SBC: Klipper
klippy.log: N/A

Previously I attempted to change the password on the system.cfg file on my printer but it appeared the card was corrupted. Every time I would change the password and wifi name it wouldn’t save the data. The sd card was unable to be reformatted so I bought a new sd card to replace it.

Now, after I flashed a new image onto the new sd card and put in the wifi credentials it saves properly but I am unable to see it on my ip scanner once in the motherboard. Currently I have the printer connected to my computer with an ethernet cable but that doesn’t seem to do anything either.

Hi @Myceliuman ,

Do you have a monitor and keyboard you can plug the Pi into? That would help diagnose further.

I mean I have a computer with monitors and a keyboard haha. Is that what you mean?

The question was:

I don’t have a micro hdmi plug so I don’t think I would be able to plug my monitor into it.

If the Pi doesn’t get an IP address on wired it is probably never booting. What image did you flash? Have you tried flashing the card again?

This makes me wonder about the hardware you are using to read/write with on your PC. Do you have any other “card reader” to try?
