Describe your issue: First time installing Klipper. I’ve gone through all the errors that Mainsail provided. I’m stuck on this mcu error. Looking for help. I haven’t found much for installing Klipper on the K2 Neo

Have you checked your USB cable and make sure it is good for data transfer? and have you done the mode on your USB A cable to eliminate 5V as per link below. Put tape on the 5V pin - Why and how - FAQ - OctoPrint Community Forum

I cannot garantee that this will fix the problem, but that would be my first stop to explore.

Data cable is good. I haven’t messed with any of the connections on the board.

Ok, did you updated/confirm the mcu serial in printer.cfg? and did you confirm the usb id/path on you board?
