Too Slow "SET_GCODE_OFFSET Z_ADJUST=-x MOVE=1"

Hello,

Is there any way to make the “SET_GCODE_OFFSET Z_ADJUST=-x MOVE=1” more responsive? (i.e. applied more quickly while printing)

I would like to use it while printing to calibrate the first layer height but there is a lag between the command and the real adjustment
