Z axis lead screw problem

Hi

is this normal on my z axis lead screw ??

its wobbling

also, i measured the z axis accuracy with dial indicator and as you can see its Lossing accuracy about 10-20 micron every 1mm move

This can happen. It’s no problem as long the Z-axes rail is proper and straight.
